Rick has resided in Colorado since 1986 and has a diverse history in the glazing industry that spans 3 decades. With the acquisition of Hillcrest Glass in 2022, Rick and his business partner Ryan have successfully integrated their own approach to business management. This approach has ensured that Hillcrest Glass continues to grow and maintain its reputation as a well-loved and dependable glass company. Rick is married and a father to 3 children. His two daughters have recently tied the knot and his youngest will be finishing high school in the spring of 2026. Rick is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating. Regardless of what he does, his family is always right by his side.
Sam Ganden

Sam hails from the Chicago suburbs (Go Cubs!) and moved to Fort Collins in 2018. In 2019, he began working as a shower installer for Hillcrest Glass and steadily acquainted himself with the glass business; windows, mirrors, railings etc. After several years of installation, he was promoted to project manager and then general manager in 2025. Sam is driven by his desire to provide the Hillcrest Glass team with the tools they need to be successful at a holistic level. His impact as the general manager has been noticeable since day one and he is excited to continue growing the company in exciting and new directions! In his spare time, Sam enjoys the typical Colorado outdoor hobbies, as well as gardening, his bowling league, and seeing live music with his friends.

Nicole’s professional experience in the glazing industry began in 2014 when she started working alongside her parents at a glass company in Arizona. Since then, Nicole has solidified herself as an expert in what it takes to provide customers with the care and attention to detail that they deserve. She joined the Hillcrest Glass team in 2025 and ensures that the company remains organized, solution-oriented, and at the forefront of high-quality customer satisfaction. When Nicole is not working, she loves to make time to watch Cowboys Football, cooking delicious meals (especially Mexican cuisine), and supporting her four children in their many extra-curricular activities.
Mike Riordan

Mike is a dedicated project manager who follows a philosophy of complete project ownership. From initial concept through final delivery, he personally manages and ensures that each project follows the vision of the customer and is completed with our highest standard of quality. Mike started his glazing career as a shop hand and rose through the ranks to project management, where he gained comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of every phase of the business. In 2022, he relocated from Fresno, California where he studied Computer Engineering. Outside of his professional life, Mike is an avid aquarium enthusiast and a woodworker. He is always engaged in a personal project!
